Students take part in one of the following five groups of activities:

Please note that students are required to wear shin pads for all hockey and football sessions, and it is strongly advised that students wear a gum shield for all hockey and American football sessions.

  1. Basketball, American football, fitness suite, handball, football, ultimate frisbee
  2. Hockey, handball, netball, badminton, fitness suite, rounders
  3. Zumba, pilates, yoga, cycling, boot camp, fitness suite, cheerleading, self defence
  4. Sports leaders award (level 1)
  5. Trampolining, ultimate frisbee, badminton, fitness suite, cycling, rounders

Year 11 core PE
