Students will encounter key new grammar points embedded within a continuous narrative which supports their learning about Roman Alexandria. Using the inductive method, they will move towards their own supported understanding of new linguistic material.

Expectations

By the end of this unit it is expected that all students will: read for meaning in selected Latin stories.

Most students will: recognise and translate sentences incorporating the new grammar points.

Some learners will have progressed further and will: describe how the grammar points are constructed.
