Roman Families and Daily Life

Students will understand the structure of a typical Roman day, including the cultural significance of the Roman dinner party.  They will begin to understand the principle of an inflected language.         


By the end of this unit it is expected that all students will: understand why word endings change and recount key features of a Roman dinner party.

Most students will: be able to read Latin out loud, with confidence!

Some learners will have progressed further and will: use the web site  and other resources to extend/cement their vocabulary.
